Not receiving SMS or MMS on my Galaxy S3. Can send, but not receiving. Worked fine until today. Nothing downloaded or changed. Have AT&T service. Any suggestions

First of all, I think you need to clean the cache of app message. If it doesn't work, you need to reset your phone. By the way, I believe this late one is the best to solve your problem.

Clearing the cache and data of apps is a first solution to try for those strange issues about apps. (laughing)
