Hey guys, I'm having a rather big issue with the ads. They're coming out of everywhere and invading my whole screen. They get in my view when I'm trying to type and they keep resetting whichever article I'm in. Does anyone know of a solution for me? I'm using a Samsung A5 which is running on Android 7.0.``
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers xx

Hi Ava,

are you having this issue on our website?

If so, can you please post a screenshot of the ads? This sounds really strange and shouldn't happen.

Hi,

well, that doesn't look good and shouldn't have anything to do with our website as we are not using that kind of ad banners. Which browser are you using?

Try doing your web searches in secret mode! This will hide your device I D number. And thats what advertisers use to target you for adds!

Ava
Go to google settings
Tap on privacy
Find web activity - pause it!
Then delete all past web activity!
That should cut down a lot of the pop up adds!
But remember advertisers monitor your web activity in real time through your carrier! You will never be able to stop all the ads!

Try another browser, Firefox Focus.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
The minimalist app available on Play Store: https://goo.gl/ws42fN

James
once again sent your reply to this post to me instead of Ava!
Bye the way trying another browser isn't going to help stop the ads! All browsers share your web activity with advertisers!
Thats how they make money!
Are you just responding to post with anything you can think of to get the 10 points?

Ava
In reguards to your original post.
You said you have a Samsung A5, and you were using the 7.0 software?
I have a Samsung s5, and i have been warned not to install the 7.0 software in my device because it takes up a large amount of storage space and it could overload the free storage space!
Question: how much total storage do you have in that device? And how is your A5 running on the 7.0 software. Have there been any problems or negative effects?
Just curious!
