Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) — Different power on screens.

I have two Samsung galaxy A3s, one powers on with white screen the other black, any idea why? One has a black case and black screen the other is a light blue one with white screen.

Some kind of hardware failure? You'd better contact a Samsung customer service center for help.
