You've tried again and again to get organized and sometimes to no avail. Thank goodness for smartphones and the many different apps that you can download and install to get the job done. Apps range from organizing, note taking, scheduling and much more. In light of May Day, which in most of Europe is a holiday, here's our 5 apps on how to maximize your productivity.

Forget nothing and remember every rendez-vous, idea and little pieces of information thanks to this note taking app. There are many other apps like this one, but Evernote is simple and offers a better overview. It's strong point is the fact that you can share your information with many of your different social networks and services.

Office Suite Pro 7

This is a bureaucratic application that many couldn't live without when on on go. You might need to edit a PowerPoint presentation or correct a word document or even enter a few more numbers into your excel chart. By installing Office Suite Pro 7, you will be getting the number 1 in mobile office, whose services offer you more than just PDF docs. There is just one thing: it's not a free app, but it's well worth it.

    Google now is one of the great example of big data processing capabilities of new technology. Processing millions of request, it is still able to provide the correct result to each and every individual.
    One of the great productivity apps indeed.
