1.18: Fixed a bug where an alert would still be sent even after the 'Stop alarm and stop monitoring' menu item was selected. Also caused the monitoring button to refresh its status whenever the settings screen becomes visible.
The application has access to the following:

Allows application to send SMS messages. Malicious applications may cost you money by sending messages without your confirmation.
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
Hardware controls
control vibrator
Allows the application to control the vibrator.
Your personal information
read contact data
Allows an application to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to send your data to other people.
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
System tools
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

Awesome but Works great on motorola. But would like to have a list of at least 5 people for contacts just to make sure someone responds.

Good but needs gps error check The app is really good, but needs a gps bases error check to verify false positives. The app will be great if and when that is added.

A nearly perfect crash up! this app is fantastic! The custom setting for sensitivity is perfect. The only problem I have with this app is that I can only select one emergency contact. What happens if my emergency contact is on available? I will be dead in the middle of the road. There should be a sequence of contacts or all contact should be contacted at the same time. If space is a problem, make the contact list a max of 10 contacts. Otherwise I should be able to select as many contacts as I want to receive an emergency broadcast.

Works just it should Love the simplicity of the UI and the custom sensitivity setting. Should only do the tap to setup contact once and then force a menu selection after

Great concept I love the idea of this (so does my wife) and the price is fantastic, but like many others I can't get the sensitivity right. If I set it to high, the smallest motion will set it off. If I set it to medium, slamming the phone against my thigh provokes no response. Perhaps the sensitivity should be settable via a slider or direct numerical input rather than presets?

Excellent idea. Sensitivity needs work, though. A manual entry for sensitivity in addition to the "custom" hit-or-drop setting would be ideal.

Requires GPS always on to work however does not send a GPS location with text so what's the point?
