You can download free chime sounds (cuckoo, clock wall, big ben etc.) from Internet.
You can use this app as pill reminder.

FINALLY Finally someone created the hourly chime app I was looking for w/ option for 15-30-45 past tones. Plz intergrate volume & tone control into phones system. Thanx

It's ok Chimes when it is suppose to. Sometimes the alerts are off by a few minutes or it uses notifications set for the phone.
