The best For learning sudoku this is the best program around. The tutorials will get you up to speed very quickly and link to Sudopedia is very useful.

Excellent for learning the game and strategies I have played other Sudoku games before, but this one stands out. The autopencil option allows you to focus in solving the game instead of passing the time filling and then erasing your own pencil marks. For beginners or people that want to improve their skills, the "hint" option really teaches you how to play the game. Your skills get increasingly honed so that you can success even with the more difficult puzzles. The interface is great, with visual clues by way of different color codes.

Love this! Great app with hints that actually teach the strategy! Has a wide range of challenge levels for everyone. I had to remove due to becoming addicted! Will download again after I finish school and other things that need my full attention right now.
