Doesn't sync with Galaxy Note The app does not recognize phones that don't use USB Mass Storage mode. When support is added I will review again, but right now the product does not work as advertised

4/12/12 Still Waiting DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 1/15/2012: I have been a very satisfied customer for many years on various platforms. I was disappointed to discover that this app is NOT compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Support says they are working on it. No Timeline. Very abrupt answers. Has nothing to do with V4(ICS), but being able to sync to a phone that doesn't have an SD card available via USB connected storage. It's time for me to investigate an alternative even after paying for iPad and Android versions. Lacks Cloud Sync. And it took them

Works on ICS if you install apk Once I got apk installed ICS 4.03 worked a treat, shame it says its not compatible on my device in market

Does not support Galaxy Nexus Can not use it anymore, because it doesn't support ICS on Galaxy Nexus. Months and months after ICS was released and it does not care. Very rude answers. Support is a joke. They charge the same amount of others and if you want desktop to sync with your phone you will have to pay more. Run, while you can..

NOT COMPATIBLE I purchased this app and was using it well on my Samsung galaxy S2 2.3.6 until I updated to the ICS where it says it is NOT compatible, oh come on!! you should support that. where is customer service from ILLIUM

Still great Updated My desk top And installed on droid razor max. Still the same great software that it has always been. Am able to sync between my droid and my desktop with usb with no problem.

...and I'm switching to SafeWallet After years of using eWallet it's finally time to part ways. Lack of Android support and updates finally made me switch. Guessing I won't be the only one.

Fail After all these years of being a customer I can no longer use this because you can't figure out how to sync with a device with no SD card. Guess all the money I spent on upgrades and multiple versions didn't go to development. You used to be the leader. Epic. Fail.
