The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
System tools
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

Ugh The app itself is great, the people who download it who never used Kongregate before ruin it!! And for those who want more badges,the game Devs MUST add API for it to be badged along with a 3.75+ rating. If the only API is titled 'Game Completed,' there can only be one badge for completing the game.

UPDATE PLEASE!!! I love this app, by far the best app I've ever had, however lately the games won't load! It doesn't matter how many times I try the games just won't load. Please update so that I can finally play games.

Decent Games are just Flash games, so the app is really just another browser. Does surprisingly well and takes a few games to start lagging the phone. Need to get more games that give achievements.
