A simple countdown timer with notifications (LED, sound, vibration) and a stopwatch that allows you to capture laps.v1.0.16 supports many updates:
* Reliably wakes up device when timer is up.

Hasn't worked right 4 long time :-( Like App but hasn't worked right 4 long time. Sometimes timer alarm won't go off. Other times timer alarm won't let me turn it off. Use every day.

Useful but would be nice to be able to just type in the # of minutes. Also on Milestone countdown restarts after finish rather than stop.

Crashes or hangs when i rotate my droid. Ui needs some work, doesn't make efficient use of screen real estate.

Has both stopwatch & countdown timer, works on my droid & allows alert tone choices.
