The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.

.... No streaming for android devices is a shame. If they can offer it for one device there's no reason to withold it from other devices.

can't do dvr plus? can it? unless i'm doing something wrong and i 've searched and seached, i cannot program DVR Plus with this from an Android device (samsung galaxy sIII). i can however program my Sci Am HD device. but only that. have i done something wrong? or does it no support Plus?

How can you bring out DVR PLUS and not have it ready for Android use... I up graded to DVR PLUS now I can't control my recordings.. called for help. Big joke. $200. Plus a month I should be treated like I own an Apple product. Or reduce my bill for the inconvenience for owning a droid....thanks cable.
