1. TGV Pro application is reserved for business travellers who have bought their 1st or 2nd class e-tickets from a travel agency, on SNCF business Portal, from a SNCF station or boutique, on the internet or over the phone through ' Ligne Directe'
2- At present, the 'TGV Pro' application only deals with business e-tickets (“Tarifs Pro”, “Tarifs fréquence”, “Tarifs négociés”)
3. Cancellation is only possible for e-tickets from SNCF approved travel agencies; reimbursement of e-tickets is made at the travel agency.
4. Some 2nd class e-tickets can be exchanged only in railways station or over the phone if the new price is different from the original title.
