Smart Ruler is in the 1st set of the Smart Tools collection (length).This app measures the length of a small object with your phone by touch. It is a free version with ads.
Usage is very simple.
1. Put an object on the screen of your phone.
2. Adjust the object to the left of the screen.
3. Touch the screen and read the length.

Net access? No way. Ads and/or tracking are why they're adding net access. Don't update.

Amazing I use it for my plugs and tunnels... and its rite everytime... but my metal plugs mess with the red line... that can't be helped... 5 stars

Permissions Please explain why new permissions needed. This should be SOP for legit apps where permissions requirements aren't obvious. No update or good review for me until Dev lists permissions and their need in this app ... then will be happy to rate highly and update.

Why net access? It works fine, I guess. I just can't imagine why the permissions require full internet access for a simple ruler.
