1. Download and install this theme.
2. Download Go Launcher EX from the market if you dont have it installed
3. After downloading Go Launcher EX press the "home" button and select "Go Launcher"
4. Select "Themes Preferences"
5. Select "ICS Theme"

Nice Very nice. Icons are clear and clean. No ad. Too bad it can't make ICS's app drawer effect, but that's Go EX's limitation. The one thing bad about it is the app drawer's title in opened mode: white background with white font.

Great No large amounts of memory usage, no push notifications. Recomended.
