You MUST have ADW Launcher 1.1.5+ to use this theme.
The wallpaper is called Purple Night, search for it in the Zedge Wallpaper app in the market.

Perfect!!! (Almost) Does Not Work With ICS Update: Originally tried this with a Galaxy Tab 7.7 running Honeycomb. I upgraded to a Galaxy Note with ICS and it does not work. Sadly this is the only app on the market of its type. I tried dozens of themes before finding this one. If you are looking for transparent icons look no further. This theme is perfect!

I love it ^-^ Exactly what I was looking for in a transparent theme, just crisp simplistic transparency.I looked at snowtranz as well but like the splash of color.
