Neon Wallpaper Maker requires an active internet connection; for the best results, use a wireless connection (as opposed to 3G), or a 4G network (such as EE in the UK). Optimized for higher resolution devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4.
As well as being able to use your own photos, you can of course use third party background / wallpaper applications to download any wallpaper you like, but still have the ability to customize it using Neon (e.g. Backgrounds HD Wallpapers from Stylem Media, or WhatsApp Wallpaper from WhatsApp Inc).

Doesnt work I got this app it was awsome but wen I went bak to it it didn't work it only worked for the first time I got it plz fix it!!!>:(

Um... It's cool and all, but you can't even save the picture to your phone.
