The review I read hinted that the battery life on the revolution is really bad. Can anyone verify this?

It's quite comparable to other 4G LTE phones. I usually unplug my phone around 5:00 in the morning and plug it in again around 6:00 or 7:00 at night. It gets me through a good day's usage.
My wife got her HTC Thunderbolt the same day I got my Revolution and hers lasts about 2 or 3 hours less than mine in a day.
Of course, we could increase the battery life by turning off some of the services we have enabled and use wireless instead of 4G whenever it's available. But if it lasts through the day, we have no problems charging at night.

12-13 hours sounds like a pretty short charge life.. what type of programs are you using? Are do you use a sizable amount of automatic updates?
