Is there an app that lets you use your phone as a retro game controller?

I just got a major load of old Sega roms from Steam and I'D really like to be able to play them with a bluetooth controller instead of my keyboard. Is there an app that lets you use your phone like an old 3 button controller?

Ask and ye shall receve! This App should do the trick for you. It can turn any andy device into a mouse, trackpad, bluetooth controller etc. Have fun!
