WALLPAPER PROBLEM

i bought the htc chacha A810e and i have a problem with wallpaper...i set a new wallpaper and return to the home screen....when i slide through the multiple screens...the wallpaper slides with it.....plzzzz help me...i am sure that there should be an option to set the wallpaper movable or not!!!!
I hope my problem is taken into concentration....thnx!!!

Most rooted devices have an option to disable wallpaper scrolling, but as I dont have a cha cha i cant verify that. Anyone with a cha cha online that knows if you can toggle this?
