HTC ChaCha keeps cutting out on phone calls!

Hi all,

Currently my phone keeps hanging up mid conversation sporadically. It happens on incoming and outgoing calls when I have full phone signal indicated. And sometimes it works fine no problems which is strange.

Has anyone else experienced these problems or is it me with my fat fingers?

I seem to remember other Cha Cha users reporting the same issue. Anyone with a Cha Cha around that can help?

Had this when I got my used ChaCha a few weeks ago, reset the phone to factory settings, update fully.

Then it just stopped...

Try turning off the keyboard shortcuts as well, might be your knocking one, then FN button can be dodgy occasionally. - Resetting seems to fix this too, but you can go into the settings and just turn them off.
