Hey!
I have a HTC ChaCha, and I have a problem with the wi-fi connection. The problem is, that when I turn on the wi-fi it starts scanning, then it can connent to the found network, but after 2-3 seconds it goes "disconnected" and says "unable to scan for networks". And then I can´t connect to any network.
I had a problem like this about a half year ago, and I had to send back the phone to the shop where I bought it. When they received it to me they sent a letter, too, where they wrote, that they had to reinstall a software so the wi-fi will work again. I would to id myself but the problem is that i have no idea what software should i reinstall.
I would be very happy if you could help me, and if didn´t have to send the phone bakc to the shop again.
