Hello-
I just got a Samsung Galaxy Siii phone from AT&T. I am older and would like a tablet that is larger. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I use the Transformer Prime. You are gonna love the Asus dock that provides you with a keyboard, extra battery (lasts me 2 or 3 days), full sized USB port and an extra SD Card slot. Got my prime up to 96 GB - 32 GB on board + 2 32 GB SD Cards. Replaced my laptop, a Samsung R480 that's gathering dust somewhere! Well it gets used when I rooting and flashing my devices...

I love my Galaxy Note 10.1. I'm incredibly picky when it comes to Android and I'm critical of many of the tabs out there. This one's a winner and should be getting even better soon with the JB update.

Absolutely hate my Galaxy 10.1, very annoying, prefer a Google nexus even though it is only a 7" screen

Hey Lauren, there are a lot of great, cheap tablets out there right now. The Nexus 7 is a great tablet with a 7 inch screen and going for less than 200 US dollars. It also has a great performance track-record thanks to its Tegra 3 chipset. This is easily the best tablet for the price.
Other great ones are the Kindle Fire, NOOK from Barnes & Noble, Google Nexus 10, and Galaxy Note 10.1.

My cousin has recommended about 9 Inch android tablet with dual camera, wifi, 16GB memory and large storage. He says that it has great features then any other tablet in the market. What do you suggest.

Hi Lauren, 9 inches is a pretty irregular size for a tablet. Most go from 8 inches to 10, but it depends what you want to use it for (movies/reading, or just surfing the internet and games). You want it to be as light and portable as possible so it doesn't literally become a drag. I have a 10.1 Acer Iconia and I really like it, although it's a bit heavy. The reason I bought it was because it had a USB port and I have lots of stuff on external hard drives. This might be something to also consider if you also store a lot externally.
