It’s also important to keep in mind that Google has not published any official information concerning Android 4.2.2, so we can’t be sure exactly what the update will entail.

The configuration file also contains the first direct reference to a mesh network, a radio-based technology in which each node is prepared to relay data to nearby nodes as well as deal with its own traffic. Android is more than capable of setting up such ad-hoc wireless networks;

They already have a 4.4 came or was finished 3/1/2013 by developers

There have been news reports regarding Google Nexus 4 smartphones in certain countries shipping with Android 4.2.2 instead of 4.2.1.
