ZTE Avid Cant access google app store

Cant connect to google playstore. Tried enabling and disabling google apps but no luck. Don't know how to access background data settings on this phone. Don't think it has that option. It just gives me the option to set the limit for the background data. Already messed with that as well. No luck with anything so far. One last thing, seems like the LTE isn't working properly. the 4G is on but it isn't colored blue since the day I started having this problem. Andy ideas?

Firstly try connecting the device via wifi network and access the Play store, if it is working then there is definitely some problem with the access settings. Try checking the setting received by the service provider go to the settings>more settings>mobile network verify the access point you have set, this problem mainly occurs because of the settings. If you found all the settings in the correct place then try getting the setting again from the network provider, once you install the settings reboot your device.
