Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — Gallery in Note 2 is stuck in upload

My photos in Gallery are stuck in upload. I have tryed turning off the phone and trying to delete the photos. But when I try to delete which I have not been able to do NO DELETE it just duplicates photos. I started out with 50 now I have 128 with 56 waiting to upload. The original 55 are in an album that is named " auto save" I do not have any idea how that came about but it says by "Picasa" I have spent 4 long nights trying to get rid of these. HELP would be appreciated.

What I would say is either try doing the whole thing again, or you wait for some more time so that 56 files also get uploaded, and once it uploaded delete the duplicate picture one by one ! :grin: Deleting one by one is more painful :angry: so i would say start from the scratch !!:grin:
