You can add as many things as you want here in the forum.

As for the news, we accept user generated posts. All you need to do is go to the News overview and scroll down to the bottom of the page. From there, tap on create blog post. You can then let me know via a private message if you are done, and I will check it and then release it on the website. Anyone can do this, and I know you have a good amount of knowledge

can i write tutorial about rooting, cracking , leaked news ...

You can write whatever you would like.

Some good ideas would be:
Tutorials for ROMs like ParanoidAndroid
How to gain root access
unblocking the bootloader
CyanogenMOD 11
etc
