Samsung Galaxy S3 — Access the secret service menu on the Galaxy S3

Did you know the Galaxy S3 has a secret service menu for repair technicians? You can access it too!

Perhaps you don't know what all the things mean, but it's still cool to know about and play around in.

All you need to do is go to the dialer and enter: (star)#0(star)#

can anybody help me with this? I have the sch-s968c s3 and this code isn't working... any reason or idea why it isn't working?

I tried this but received a error msg - connection problem or invalid MMI code.

Anyone know why this is?
