Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — N7105 keeps on rebooting after factory reset. Help!

I factory reset my phone and when i was registering the necessary details it keeps on rebooting.
I can't even pass the "connect to wifi" phase.
help. what to do?

Take out the battery for 10 minutes after that turn it back on. if the problem still exist , you need to re-flash your phone with odin.

Sounds like you'll have to reinstall the firmware.

If you have Odin already installed on your PC, then you probably know the drill. If not, check out this Odin tutorial and replace the various bits with the latest firmware for your phone (which you can find on SamMobile's firmware page.
