waiting for this update. does anyone have any idea when it will be launched?

The speculation is that LG will skip 4.4.4 and release 5.0 instead. There's minimal difference between 4.4.2 and 4.4.4, some minor security and bug fixes is about it, so it makes sense (for them).

speculation is exactly that. But it would be good if Android update resolve the overheating problem and speed up Gallery and Email app.

My wife's Nexus 4 is on EE and has just got 5.0 My G3 is on O2 and still waiting.
