Looking for a Camera app that can do this

Hi,

I'm looking for a camera app that has an Auto ISO setting that you can limit. For example, I want my phone to always take photos at ISO100, ISO200, or ISO400, but never go down to ISO800 or ISO1600 because photos become very low quality and grainy at that point. So the camera should automatically take pictures at ISO100 in bright daylight, ISO200 in medium-light, and ISO400 in low-light.

Please let me know if there are any camera apps out there that can do this. Thank you!
