Samsung Galaxy S3 — now get around only three hours of screen time

How is the life of your cell phone battery? I wonder just because my galaxy s3 now get around only three hours of screen time. I have two batteries and one of them is extended battery from mpj and an external charger for my s3. But before my phone was struck on the stock ROM I used to get about four hours of screen time. What ROM are you running?

I bought after 2 years a new battery from Samsung-estore and get 8h SOT with NCS (4.3, Samsung-based) and 7.5h with Nameless or Slim (5.0.2 AOKP).
In all ROMs I use Boeffla-kernel with zzmoove-governor and battery-profile. I don't play games, wifi mostly on, mobile data off, low brightness.
