i researched a lot about what to do with my issue. I tried the hard reset, i format it already, i rebooted it already but still it remains with that samsung logo. I've been waiting for almost an hour and a half. I honestly don't know what to do I'm just a 14 year old gurl asking for help please answer ㅠㅠ
