This phone has been great for me until i did a software update next day my messenger was gone not just the icon i have done all i can to solve the issue but no success. i cant receive or send any text messages . I "m not smart phone-android savvy person
but would like to try to recover my messages solve this issue before i 'll do factory reset .Any suggestion advice will be gratefully appreciated .
please note messenger is gone i mean gone from this phone
