Evertime i try getting on playstore for whattsap etc it keeps sayingerror whil retrieving info from. RhO1...any idea

maybe your google play has problem. restart you phone.
or download whatsapp from other source. apk file is suitable.
you download apk file and transfer that file to your phone, open and accept to install .
it is very easy. i have tried and downloaded a lot of file in this way because i lost my account on google.
