Google Fit Deleting Days worth of activities

I was reviewing my activities for last month and noticed entire days worth of activities vanished. There was a couple of days my calories dropped to zero. I wasn't dead so I have no idea what's going on.

It might be that Google fit automatically deletes data after a period of time!
Just a guess!
