is there an app or way I can use gps to find my lost phone and if so HOW??

There are many of them, normally you would have to install it first on your phone.. The it is visible..
I am not sure of any that can help afterwards..Do you have the IMEI number?

Finding a lost cellphone can be tricky but there are apps our there that might help. I haven't used it before, but Phone Locator Pro comes well recomended.
